Peter Amos, former head coach of the Rochester Rhinos in the United Soccer Leagues W-League, was awarded franchise rights to return the area to the league Thursday with the expansion Western New York FC Pride, who will play home games at 12,000-seat PAETEC Park, home to the USL First Division men's team, beginning in 2009.
