Brazil coach inquires about Chicago women's job
Brazil women's soccer coach Jorge Barcellos has inquired about the Chicago Women's Pro Soccer head coach position, according to a source. Barcellos is expected to interview for the position later this week.
Jorge Barcellos led Brazil to the 2007 World Cup final where his team lost 2-0 to Germany on Sept. 30. Before being named the head coach of Brazil's senior women's team, he coached the women's U-20 squad. Barcellos led the U-20 team to a third place finish in the U-20 Women's World Championship in 2006.
