Case Against Dorrance Heads to Supreme Court

A 9-year-old sexual harassment suit against the UNC Women's Soccer head coach could be headed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The lawsuit was dismissed in 2004, but earlier this year, an appeals court ruled that Jennings should have a trial for her claims.
Lawyers in the state attorney general's office have filed a petition for the supreme court to hear the case.
