Lionesses drop interest in signing Lima

FC Indiana head coach Shek Borkowski announced Thursday in an interview with FCI TV the team has withdrawn its interest in signing Brazilian defender Daniela Alves Lima.
Lima, currently playing in Sweden for Linkopings FC on a five-month contract, made overtures to the United Soccer Leagues W-League franchise through her agent and the Lionesses offered her a two-year contract but financial terms could not be negotiated between them. Borkowski said Lima's terms were considered "unrealistic".
