FSU inks top recruiting class in the nation

The Florida State women's soccer program has claimed the number one ranked recruiting class in the nation for 2008 according to Soccer Buzz. The Seminole class includes five PARADE All-Americans and five participants on the U.S. U-18 National Team.
The honor marks the first time the Seminoles have been ranked No. 1 in recruiting. The ranking comes on the heels of FSU's second ranked class in 2007 making it the first time Florida State has had back-to-back top 10 classes.
Florida State will welcome six freshmen to Tallahassee this season. The newest additions to the Seminole soccer team include midfielder/defender Tori Huster (Cincinnati, Ohio), defender Julie Lancos (Belford, N.J.), forward Tiffany McCarty (Laurel, Mary.), forward/defender Toni Pressley (Melbourne, Fla.), forward/midfielder Casey Short (Naperville, Ill.) and defender/midfielder Ella Stephan (Indian Harbour Beach, Fla.).
