A lesson in personal responsibility

"An Iowa State University soccer coach charged with drunken driving has filed a motion to have results from conversations and chemical test results suppressed.
Rebecca Hornbacher, 30, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated Dec. 8, after she was stopped on Wessex Drive.
A motion filed at the end of February by Hornbacher's lawyer, Brian Humke, of Ames, claims officers denied her the chance to use her cell phone to look up a phone number and improperly administered breath tests to see how much alcohol was in her system.
In 2001, she received a deferred judgment for an operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated charge in Mills County. According to Iowa law, anyone convicted of a second drunken driving charge must spend at least seven days in jail and face up to a $5,000 fine."

You see Iowa State recruits, it wasn't her fault...and this is another lesson on personal responsibility.
